Dirty Fuzz have a full page interview in the May edition of Classic Rock magazine. What makes Elida say that people are too polite, and why did she used to sleep with a gun under her pillow. All is revealed on page 20.

20th March 2007

Dirty Fuzz are now briefly back in the UK - fresh from rocking out the SXSW festival in Austin, Texas! One reviewer said "Dirty Fuzz is a hard rocking band with the same intensity as Wolfmother", and another had this to say:
"If AC/DC fired Brian Johnson and picked up Tina Turner, people would accuse them of copying Dirty Fuzz. Tough, unrestrained and very tasty, Elida Zulu is everything a lead singer of a dirty, whiskey-fueled, garage outfit ought to be."
Next stop: Bonn, Germany, where Dirty Fuzz are due to play on the Rockpalast TV Show this week, ont he same bill as Ex-Stranglers head honcho Hugh Cornwell!

March 2007 looks set to be a busy month for Dirty Fuzz. As well as being invited to play the South By South West festival in Austin, Texas, Dirty Fuzz have also been confirmed to play a set on legendary German music TV Show Rockpalast. Nearly every major band has played this TV show in the past - everyone from The Who, to The Police, Red Hot Chili Peppers, U2, the list just goes on...

We have been busy over the last few months recording our debut album which will be out next year, preceded by the single "tell ya mama", due for release early 2007. As if this was not enough, Elida has been in the studio with Basement Jaxx, and her distinctive vocals can be heard on the track "everybody" from their lastest CD "Crazy Itch Radio"
